Fun Fact: Our Natural Enzyme Mask is a professional strength product that helps to effectively dissolve dead skin cells the same way I would during your treatment! Whether you're between facials or just need a little skin TLC, check out this soothing, anti-aging at-home routine using some of my favorite recovery essentials. These steps are designed to calm inflammation, gently exfoliate dull skin, and deeply hydrate — all while restoring your skin’s barrier.
Step 1: Skin Prep
Spend at least 1 minute gently massaging the exfoliating Skin Prep Cleanser into the skin to break down any dirts, oils and impurities. Pat the skin dry with a fresh face towel.
Step 2: Enzyme Exfoliation
Once the skin has dried, apply an even layer of the Ara by Essence Natural Enzyme Mask. This can be applied from your forehead down to your neck and chest to help dissolve dead skin, smooth and brighten. Leave on for up to 10 minutes. Feel free to use a facial steamer to take things to the next level!
Step 3: Sheet Mask Nourishment
Take your sheet mask out of the refrigerator and apply it to rebuild and repair your skins barrier. This step helps to encourage cell renewal, support collagen production and soothe post enzyme sensitivity. I recommend the E.G.F Sheet Masks for normal and oily skin. For more advanced concerns like anti-aging, hyperpigmentation and dehydration, the Cryopeptide Mask is a must have.
Step 4: Seal in Moisture
After removing your sheet mask, massage all the remaining essence into your skin until it becomes damp/tacky. This is prime moisturizer time. Add a generous amount of your Calming Bio Lipid Repair Creme to the palm of your hand and slather it all over your skin. This rich formula locks in hydration while supporting your skin's natural recovery process.
